We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your fresh new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in original condition, free of pet hair, and with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all pet hair has been removed and tags are securely fastened.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
